Factory trained both in Ludwigsburg at Stahl – now Heidelberg and also Hofheim, Germany at POLAR Mohr RED engineering is the only UK based non-Heidelberg agent with the experience qualified to safety inspect polar guillotines, move and install, fault find to the highest degree and urgency plus with the guarantee from the factory on all our products supplied.
We specialise in break downs but also undertake machine moves, safety inspections and demonstrations if required.
Whether inspection, maintenance, repair, training or consulting - all our services are available individually on a one-time basis. Should your team of operators need training in application know-how or machine operations, we can develop tailor-made training programs for you.
Individual services are billed on an hourly basis or an agreed fixed fee with callout charges made simple on the service charge tab above.
Parts for break downs are held in stock and a 24/7 call out system is in operation
Please note we prefer to work within 100 miles of are base but special arrangements can be made to travel
